3. Cookies and privacy preferences
Necessary technologies support operation and store your privacy preferences for up to 180 days on a per-host basis. Optional services start only with your freely given consent. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Privacy settings’ in the footer. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect basic functionality.
4. Optional analytics
With your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, visits and interactions are analysed. A pseudonymous identifier is generated from the IP address and browser identifier using a secret key; the raw IP address is not stored as an analytics identifier. ‘Do Not Track’ and Global Privacy Control are also respected. Individual events are stored for up to 90 days and aggregated statistics for up to 25 months. No usage profiles across third-party websites are created.
Optional location map
The location map uses OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation). No connection to OpenStreetMap is made for the map until you select ‘Agree & load OpenStreetMap’. Only then are your IP address, browser information and interactions transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Processing outside the EU, including in the United Kingdom, is possible. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. This permission applies only to the currently open page and is not stored. You can withdraw it at any time using ‘Hide map & withdraw consent’ or by opening the privacy settings. This removes the embedded map and stops further requests from it; data already transmitted cannot be recalled. The address and external directions link remain available without loading the map. OpenStreetMap's privacy policy explains its processing, storage periods and international transfers.
